View Usage Logs Summary and Details

    1. To View Usage Logs, open the user menu by clicking on your avatar on the top of the screen.

  2. Navigate to Usage Logs.

What are Usage Logs?​

Usage logs provides information for the requests made on the system.

Recurring: are not renewable items, simply change the limit or make it unlimited.

Recurring Items:

  • Users.

  • Devices.

  • Geofences.

  • Storage.

Non-Recurring: are items that are renewable every month.

Non-Recurring Items:

  • Commands.

  • Map Loads.

  • Reports.

  • Reverse Geocoding.

  • SMS.

  • Support Sessions.

Summary Usage Logs​

  1. Click on Summary:

    • Choose usage log From and To.

    • Click on theFilter button.

Detailed Usage Logs​

  1. Click on Detailed:

    • Choose usage log From and To.

    • Choose Items from Items list.

    • Sort result by Older First or Newer First.

    • Click on theFilter button.

Detailed Usage Logs Result:​
  • Time: The creation time of the log
  • Item: The item on which the action was performed.
  • Quantity: The quantity of actions performed on this item.
